1. Principal

Qualifications: Postgraduate with B.Ed. & minimum 8-10 years of experience in school administration.
Skills Required: Leadership, academic excellence, management skills, and a vision for holistic student development.

2. Teachers (All Subjects - Nursery to IX)

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (For Pre-primary, Montessori training preferred).
Subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Hindi, Sanskrit, Computer Science, and Physical Education.
Skills Required: Strong subject knowledge, fluency in English, and innovative teaching methods.​​​

3. Warden (Male)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hostel management and student discipline.

• Ensure students’ safety, well-being, and a positive living environment.

• Coordinate with staff for smooth functioning of the hostel.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and adherence to hostel rules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Prior experience in hostel administration preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Promote the school’s brand and increase admissions.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.

• Organize school promotional events and campaigns.

• Maintain social media and digital outreach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline.

• Experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

• Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

5. Sports Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct physical education classes.

• Train students for school-level and inter-school sports competitions.

• Ensure students’ physical fitness and well-being.

• Maintain sports equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or a relevant qualification.

• Experience in coaching and sports training.

• Passion for sports and student development.
